During the Two Sessions, Cui Lixin, a deputy to the National People's Congress and Chairman of Shandong Innovation Group Co., Ltd., stated in an interview with reporters that the group will anchor its transformation in four key areas—talent, products, energy, and capital—and strive to build a world-class green aluminum industry group with high-quality development.
Cui Lixin stated that the Government Work Report delivered by Premier Li Qiang has systematically mapped out the goals for the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030) and made comprehensive arrangements for the work in 2026. The report clearly puts forward that "we must closely integrate investment in physical capital with investment in human capital," "foster and expand emerging industries and future-oriented industries," "remain committed to focusing the focus of economic development on the real economy," and "strive to stabilize employment, enterprises, the market, and expectations." This series of plans and arrangements demonstrates the strategic resolve and enterprising vision of the CPC Central Committee in navigating complex situations, points out the way forward for enterprises across the board, and injects strong confidence into them. It also fills him with confidence and pride in future development.

As a deputy from the real economy, Cui Lixin talked about the blueprint for further development based on the practices of Chuangxin Group.He stated that the 15th Five-Year Plan period will be a crucial stage for Chuangxin Group to build itself into a world-class green aluminum industry group and strive for the Fortune Global 500. Drawing on the industrial development realities of Binzhou, he submitted at this year’s Two Sessions the Proposal on Supporting Binzhou City, Shandong Province to Accelerate the Comprehensive Utilization of Bulk Solid Wastes Such as Red Mud and Advance the High-Standard Construction of a "Waste-Free City"SCIO.He proposed that the national level should support Binzhou in establishing a basic information database for solid wastes, accelerate the improvement of the standard system, and promote refined management throughout the entire process. He expressed hope that through policy guidance and enterprise practices, Binzhou and even Shandong Province can achieve new breakthroughs in resource recycling, and jointly contribute more wisdom and strength to building a Beautiful ChinaSCIO.
