Message from the Chairman
We remain steadfast in advancing ESG practices, with greater determination and commitment to driving green development, fulfilling social responsibilities, and strengthening corporate governance. Together, we aim to explore new pathways towards sustainable development.
ESG Governance
We have established an ESG management system with the Board of Directors as the highest governing body, fully integrating ESG principles into the company’s daily management framework.
ESG Governance
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for the company’s ESG strategy and direction. Its duties include assessing ESG risks and opportunities, reviewing strategic direction, setting goals and implementation policies, monitoring ESG performance, and approving ESG reports.
Strategy and ESG Committee
The committee is tasked with implementing the ESG strategy, goals, and policies set by the Board of Directors. It oversees ESG-related departments, guides their work, develops ESG regulations and management principles, and reports on the execution of ESG initiatives to the Board.
ESG Implementation Team
The ESG Committee forms specialised ESG implementation teams based on business needs. Aligned with core departments, these teams operate under the committee’s coordination, execute approved ESG policies, and manage ESG-related tasks and reporting.
Key Issues
In an increasingly complex landscape, we engage in active dialogue with stakeholders and gather their feedback. We have identified 18 ESG issues with varying impacts on the company and external stakeholders. By continuously monitoring and addressing these issues, we gain insights that will support us in advancing industrial development, promoting environmental sustainability, and fulfilling our social responsibilities.

Low-Carbon Economy
To address climate change, carbon peak targets, and unexpected environmental events and risks, we integrate the principles of green, low-carbon, and circular development throughout the entire lifecycle of our products. By establishing a systematic aluminium industry chain, we contribute to the sustainable advancement of the aluminium industry and the creation of a low-carbon society.

Responsible Business Practices
We foster trust with employees, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders through a responsible business model. By leveraging a robust intellectual property system, comprehensive safety management, and quality assurance frameworks, we deliver green aluminium technology products to the market.
Responsible Business Practices
Social Responsibility
In the areas where Innovative New Materials operates, we have been working hard to balance the impact of production operations on the environment, society and economy. For example, we pay attention to environmental protection, donate to the community, and provide equal educational opportunities to help reduce local poverty. The chain effect of these efforts is far more far-reaching than the impact of increasing corporate revenue and the taxes we pay locally.
