10. According to the law, sharing and transferring personal information that has been de-identified and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the subject of the personal information does not constitute external sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information. The preservation and processing of such data will not require further notification to you and your consent.
IV. Preservation and protection of personal information
(I) Preservation period
