Optimising Energy Use and Promoting Aluminium Recycling
We develop renewable energy infrastructure, such as wind and solar power farms, according to local conditions. On the one hand, we utilise energy sources; on the other, we continuously increase the proportion of recycled and regenerated aluminium in our production.
Advancing Green Smelting Technologies
We actively introduce and promote new energy-saving technologies, processes, equipment, and materials. By upgrading traditional production facilities, like flue systems and dual-chamber furnaces, we strive to achieve cleaner production outcomes.
Accelerating Recycling Efforts to Build a Circular Economy
We have partnered with the China Low-Carbon Economy Promotion Association and the International School of Low-Carbon Studies to launch the nation’s first corporate carbon labelling project. In November 2022, we became the first company in China’s aluminium alloy billet sector to receive international carbon footprint certification, leading the global aluminium processing industry in full-process carbon footprint tracking.
Our Green Factories
Innovation Metal Technology
We have pioneered a carbon emissions calculator to track the full lifecycle of carbon footprints, laying the groundwork for achieving carbon neutrality goals. Through investment and industrial collaborations, we have built a 320,000-ton-per-year solar power generation system for Shandong Lide.
Suzhou Chuangtai Alloy Material
The first production base to manufacture aluminium alloy rods entirely from recycled aluminium, scrap profiles, and aluminium ingots, without relying on molten aluminium.
Suzhou Chuangtai Alloy Material has participated in and led the drafting and formulation of multiple non-ferrous metal standards, becoming a key contributor to the aluminium industry's standardisation and regulation. We have also achieved renewable power generation, meeting approximately 40% of our annual electricity needs.
Innovation Precision Technology
We have implemented advanced digitalisation and intelligent systems in the factory, upgrading facility equipment with the latest energy-saving technologies to reduce power consumption. Through the integration of solar systems and waste heat recovery equipment, we have achieved resource recycling and sustainable utilisation.
Yuanwang Electrical Technology
We focus on pioneering new techniques for recycling and optimising composition, consistently advancing the field of aluminium alloys. Our aluminium alloy innovations and aluminium billets have received international carbon footprint certification, making us one of the first companies in the global aluminium processing industry to achieve full-process carbon footprint tracking. We facilitated the establishment of a 200,000-ton-per-year wire and cable extrusion project by attracting local investment, contributing to industrial restructuring and the high-quality development of the industrial economy.
