On March 13, Cui Lixin, a deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC) and Chairman of Innovation Group, presided over a special meeting to convey, study and implement the spirit of the National Two Sessions. A main venue was set up at the Group's headquarters, with branch venues established across its subsidiary companies. Over 600 participants, including members of the Group's leadership team and managerial cadres at the section level and above, attended the meeting.

Chairman Cui Lixin pointed out that Innovation Group is currently in a critical strategic period during its third decade of development (2023–2033).
