On January 24th, Innovative Metals held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Innovative Group and General Manager of Innovative Metals, along with deputy general managers, heads of various functional departments, and over 170 representatives including advanced collectives, advanced individuals, and employee representatives, attended the meeting.
The conference began with a report by Chen Minghui, Executive Deputy General Manager of Innovative Metals and General Manager of Innovative Industry and Trade, summarizing the 2025 work and outlining the 2026 work plan. The report comprehensively reviewed the company’s outstanding achievements in production and operation, technological R&D, market expansion, and internal management, objectively analyzed the opportunities and challenges currently facing the company, and made systematic arrangements for the strategic goals, key tasks, and implementation paths for 2026.
At the subsequent commendation ceremony, Xu Feng, Chief Financial Officer of Innovative Metals, read out the commendation decision. The conference honored individuals with awards such as Outstanding Communist Party Members, Model Workers, Management Pace-setters, and Advanced Workers, as well as collective honors including the Technological Innovation Award and Advanced Teams.
During the representative speech session, Model Worker Zhang Tiantian, Management Pace-setter Zhu Wangkai, Excellent Team Leader Liu Changjun, and Advanced Worker Representative Gao Junhua shared their vivid stories and profound insights on dedication, innovation, and sacrifice based on their respective roles. Their speeches fully demonstrated the spirit of forging ahead, pursuing excellence, and loyal responsibility of "Innovative People" in the new era, resonating widely with all participants.
In his concluding speech at the end of the conference, Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Innovative Group and General Manager of Innovative Metals, pointed out that 2025 was a year in which the Group forged ahead amidst challenges and achieved fruitful results. Faced with a complex and severe external environment and increasingly fierce market competition, the Group united and strived around the goal of high-quality development of the aluminum industry, achieving sales revenue exceeding 130 billion yuan, a new historical high. The headquarters of Innovative Metals also successfully accomplished its annual operational and technological innovation targets.
Wang Wei profoundly summarized the core experiences behind the company’s sustained development over more than 20 years:First, upholding the cultural foundation of “seeking truth and being pragmatic”;Second, maintaining the courage to innovate and “keeping pace with the times”;Third, relying on an excellent team that practices “sincere cooperation”.He emphasized that these valuable experiences form a solid foundation for the enterprise’s past successes and future development, and all cadres and employees must further understand, apply, and leverage them.
Regarding the work for 2026, Wang Wei made three key deployments:First, focus on high-end and green development to achieve new breakthroughs in core competitiveness;Second, strengthen capital operations and governance improvement to achieve new breakthroughs in the vitality of enterprise development;Third, enhance safe production and system improvement to achieve new breakthroughs in ensuring stable and sound operations.
He called on all cadres and employees of Innovative Metals to take this commendation conference as a new starting point, uphold the original aspiration of serving the country through industry, base themselves on their positions, work with enthusiasm and dedication, and jointly write a new chapter in the company’s high-quality development.
