On the evening of January 24th, Innovative Group successfully held its 2026 Spring Festival Gala themed "Red Horses Bring Auspiciousness to Celebrate the New Year; Innovation Unites Strength to Open a New Chapter." Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Innovative Group and General Manager of Innovative Metals, attended the event. More than 400 people gathered to celebrate the New Year, including management teams, heads of functional departments, representatives of advanced collectives and individuals, as well as staff representatives from the Group headquarters, Innovative Metals, Innovative Precision, Innovative Plate, and other subsidiaries.
At the beginning of the gala, Wang Wei delivered a New Year address on behalf of the Group. He systematically reviewed the solid achievements made by the Group in strategic guidance and business development over the past year, and extended heartfelt thanks and sincere New Year wishes to all employees. Looking to the future, Wang Wei called on all cadres and employees to further carry forward the spirit of struggle, build consensus, and work together in synergy to strive for a good start in the Group’s "15th Five-Year Plan" period and lay a solid foundation for higher-quality development.
The gala featured a rich variety of programs, fully demonstrating the versatile talents and high-spirited demeanor of the "Innovative People."
Interspersed between the performances, multiple rounds of lucky draws pushed the atmosphere of the gala to new heights. The generous prizes, carrying the Group’s deep care and New Year wishes for its employees, filled the venue with continuous laughter and cheers, where luck and joy intertwined.
At the end of the gala, company leaders took the stage to take a group photo with all the cast and crew, bringing the event to a successful conclusion.
