From December 22 to 23, the Fourth Session of the 13th Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. The session earnestly studied and implemented the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Central Economic Work Conference, thoroughly applied the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on promoting the "Two Types of Health" and advancing the work of ACFIC, reviewed the work in 2025, and made arrangements for 2026. Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of ACFIC, delivered a work report.

As an Executive Committee Member of ACFIC, Cui Lixin, Founder and Chairman of Chuangxin Group, attended the session, participated in all agendas in full, and earnestly performed his duties as an Executive Committee Member. During the group discussions and exchanges, drawing on Chuangxin Group's practical experience in high-end manufacturing, scientific and technological innovation, and green transformation, Chairman Cui Lixin conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges with participating entrepreneurs and representatives on topics including "optimizing the business environment and stimulating the vitality of private investment", "strengthening enterprises' dominant position in scientific and technological innovation", and "promoting the better integration of the private sector into the overall national development".
