The conference released the green book 2025 Report on the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Cities in China and the "Series of Books on the Modernization of Small and Medium-Sized Cities", announced lists including the 2025 National Top 100 Counties (County-Level Cities) in Comprehensive Strength, and commended outstanding enterprises that have made remarkable contributions to promoting the high-quality development of small and medium-sized cities.
