On October 17th, the Standing Committee of Binzhou Municipal People's Congress organized the group of National People's Congress deputies stationed in Binzhou to conduct a special investigation on key enterprises and high-quality projects in Binzhou, focusing on the theme of "deepening kinetic energy conversion and promoting high-quality green and low-carbon development". Leaders such as Su Jianbin, Director of the Deputy Working Committee of the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial People's Congress, and Ma Junyun, Director and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of Binzhou Municipal People's Congress, participated in the investigation. Leaders such as Zhang Qian, Secretary of the Zouping Municipal Party Committee, and Qiao Ming, Director of the Zouping Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee, accompanied the investigation. Cui Lixin, a deputy to the National People's Congress and Chairman of Chuangxin Group, accompanied the team for the investigation and accompanied the visit to the project of an annual output of 500,000 tons of high-quality recycled aluminum alloy materials.
At the site of the recycled aluminum project, through on-site observations and detailed briefings, the research team gained a comprehensive understanding of Chuangxin Group's specific practices and phased achievements in building a resource recycling system, promoting the application of advanced energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies, and achieving breakthroughs in key technological innovations. Chairman Cui Lixin focused on reporting to the research team on Chuangxin Group's progress in advancing green and low-carbon transformation, participating in the formulation of national standards, and accelerating the cultivation of new-quality productive forces. He also systematically demonstrated the company's strategic path of empowering high-quality development through innovation-driven approaches.
Through the on-site research, the deputies highly appraised the achievements made by Chuangxin Group in green manufacturing, circular economy system construction, and the exploration of low-carbon development paths. They unanimously agreed that Chuangxin Group has actively implemented the decisions and arrangements of Party committees and governments at all levels regarding high-quality development, and has deeply integrated the concept of sustainable development into the company's strategy and the entire process of production and operation. It is gradually forming new core competitive advantages in the manufacturing industry under the new development pattern.
