10.18.2025

To better focus on the implementation of corporate strategies and the achievement of goals, Innovation Group successfully held the special training on Target Achievement Deduction on October 18th. This training specially invited Zhang Xinbo, General Manager of Shandong Branch of Action Education, to serve as the keynote speaker. Wang Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Innovation Group and General Manager of Innovation New Materials, along with more than 400 middle and senior management cadres of the group, participated jointly through a combination of online and offline methods.

During the training, based on the group's development, Zhang Xinbo systematically expounded on the three-dimensional core value of "Target Achievement Deduction". He emphasized that Target Achievement Deduction is an integrated management system that integrates "forward-looking talent development, precise risk management and control, and high-efficiency operation-driven". By simulating actual combat scenarios, this system predicts potential risks in the implementation of strategies in advance, realizes the goal of "securing victory before engaging in battle", and ultimately builds a full-chain operation master system from strategic planning to execution and implementation.

Focusing on how to achieve performance breakthroughs through the "Five Target Achievement Questions", Zhang Xinbo conducted an in-depth analysis. He emphasized that it is essential to closely focus on the five key dimensions of "setting targets, clarifying paths, allocating resources, developing new mechanisms, and overseeing implementation" and advance the work in a systematic manner. The course elaborated in detail on how to scientifically quantify and decompose targets, dynamically calibrate paths, accurately match resources with responsibilities, effectively stimulate organizational vitality through mechanism innovation, and ensure the implementation of execution through rigid closed-loop tracking. Meanwhile, he specifically pointed out that modern managers must consolidate the three core thinking foundations of "data thinking (supporting decisions with data), internal cause thinking (seeking breakthroughs from within themselves), and result-oriented thinking (taking results as the guide)" to enhance the scientific nature of decision-making and the efficiency of problem-solving.

This training also introduced the "Five-in-One" practical deduction mechanism, which clearly defines core elements in the deduction process such as "who conducts the deduction, what to deduce, and how to deduce". To ensure the effective implementation of the deduction, the course systematically sorted out the operation processes and key nodes of the three stages: "deduction preparation, deduction implementation, and deduction execution".

Target Achievement Deduction is not only a strategy implementation system tailored to enterprises, but also a leadership development system for honing the capabilities of management leaders. Focusing on strategy decoding and performance target achievement, it aims to identify risks in advance and overcome strategic bottlenecks through simulated deduction, realize the streamlining of the vertical command chain and the connection of horizontal collaboration within the organization, and ultimately help enterprises win the "growth battle". Just as its vivid metaphor goes: Target Achievement Deduction is to "argue behind closed doors and fight when the door is open". Through a set of structured processes, it urges the core management team to unify cognition and gather consensus in the collision of ideas, quickly find a path to break the deadlock amid uncertainties, and ensure the final "victory in battles" through the whole-process management and control of "thinking clearly, writing clearly and speaking clearly".

Through this training, participants have gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of how to systematically formulate annual plans and avoid shortcomings in traditional planning. The Group requires all management cadres to closely align with the key points of the training, effectively apply the "Target Achievement Deduction" methodology to practical work, and conduct systematic deduction around annual goals, strategic paths, resource guarantees, incentive systems, and action plans. By clarifying key battles and core breakthrough paths, a solid foundation will be laid for the achievement of the 2026 strategic goals.
