On July 24, Lu Wei, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) Yunnan Provincial Branch, and Sun Peng, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Governor of ABC Shandong Provincial Branch, visited Chuangxin Group for discussions. They engaged in in-depth exchanges with Cui Lixin, Chairman of the Group, on topics including deepening business cooperation in Yunnan, financial policy support, and the development of green and low-carbon industrial chains.
Chairman Cui Lixin expressed his welcome to the visiting ABC leaders and extended gratitude for the bank’s longstanding strong support to the enterprise. He provided a detailed overview of Chuangxin Group’s industrial chain layout, progress of Yunnan projects, and future strategic plans. Cui emphasized that with the support of ABC and other financial institutions, the Group is vigorously advancing market expansion, international development, and the implementation of green and low-carbon projects. He expressed hope that both sides would deepen cooperation in areas such as green finance, industrial upgrading, and project construction to jointly drive the high-quality development of the green and low-carbon industry.
Deputy Governor Lu Wei expressed strong appreciation for Chuangxin Group's strategic commitment to deepening its core business specialization and advancing green, low-carbon development through pragmatic measures. He emphasized that Chuangxin Group serves as a vital partner to Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), noting their robust collaborative foundation and promising prospects for future cooperation. Moving forward, ABC will actively implement national strategies by leveraging its financial expertise to provide comprehensive support and service guarantees for the Group's project expansion in Yunnan. Both parties will collaborate to drive green industrial upgrading, establish a new phase of mutual benefit, and contribute to Yunnan's high-quality socioeconomic development.
During the inspection visit, Lu Wei and his delegation conducted an on-site tour of Chuangxin Group’s sheet/strip/foil production workshops, extrusion facilities, recycled aluminum workshops, and alloy research institute. They gained first-hand insights into the company’s achievements in technological R&D and green, low-carbon practices.
The delegation included Zhou Ying, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department at ABC's Yunnan Provincial Branch; He Youfu, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Governor of ABC's Honghe Prefectural Branch; Kong Lingjun, General Manager of the Rural Revitalization Finance Department at ABC's Shandong Provincial Branch; and Wang Jie, General Manager of the Corporate Business Department at ABC's Shandong Provincial Branch, among other participants.
