Recently, Innovation Group has made significant progress in the field of sustainable development. Four new enterprises under the group have successfully obtained the Aluminum Stewardship Initiative (ASI) certification, and the total number of certified members of the group has jumped from two to six, marking that it has entered a new stage in the green transformation and sustainable development of the aluminum industry.
The four enterprises that obtained the certification this time are respectively: Shandong Chuangxin Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuangxin Precision"), Inner Mongolia Chuangxin Lightweight New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mengchuang Light Materials"), Inner Mongolia Chuangxin New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mengchuang New Materials"), and Yunnan Chuangxin Alloy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunchuang Alloy"). The certification scope covers aluminum scrap recycling and remelting, as well as the production of unwrought aluminum alloys and wrought aluminum alloys. Together with Suzhou Chuangtai Alloy Material Co., Ltd. and Shandong Chuangyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd.—which had obtained the certification previously—Innovation Group has now passed ASI certification for all key business segments including alumina production, remelting and casting, and deep processing. It is thus able to provide downstream customers with green aluminum solutions featuring reliable sources and full-process traceability.
In terms of building a green and high-end aluminum industrial chain, each of the enterprises that obtained certification this time has its own distinctive features:
As a national-level green factory and high-tech enterprise, Chuangxin Precision operates businesses across multiple high-end fields such as 3C electronics and automotive lightweighting. Seven of its recycled aluminum products have received SCS recycled content certification, and 15 have obtained UL2809 recycled content certification, demonstrating its leading strength in the high-value application of recycled aluminum.

Yunchuang Alloy makes full use of Yunnan's advantage in clean hydropower, focusing on advancing core projects such as the "Annual Production of 1.2 Million Tons of Lightweight and High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Materials". Its products cover high-end aluminum alloy rods, high-grade profiles, and electrical round aluminum rods, and it has become a benchmark enterprise for the green development of the regional aluminum industry.

Both Mengchuang Light Materials and Mengchuang New Materials rely on the abundant green energy resources in the Inner Mongolia region. Using green power-derived aluminum liquid as raw material, they have built an integrated "extrusion-precision processing" industrial chain that covers the entire process from aluminum liquid to high-end industrial profiles and automotive lightweight components, realizing low-carbon production from the source. Among them, Mengchuang Light Materials has been awarded the title of "Autonomous Region-Level Green Manufacturing Demonstration Unit".

In terms of sustainable development management, the four enterprises have systematically advanced their ESG practices to consolidate the foundation for green development:
In the field of green and low-carbon development, all four enterprises have fully obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, as well as ISO 14064 greenhouse gas verification and ISO 14067 product carbon footprint verification certifications, realizing the systematic management of carbon emissions.
In terms of safety management, all four enterprises have fully implemented the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and established and improved a full-staff work safety responsibility system and a performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.
In terms of quality management, all four enterprises have obtained certifications for both the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the IATF 16949 Quality Management System (specific to the automotive industry), laying a solid foundation for expanding into high-end markets.
In terms of technological innovation, Chuangxin Precision has been recognized as a "Shandong Provincial Industrial Design Center" and awarded the title of "National Excellent-Level Smart Factory"; Mengchuang Light Materials has been selected into the list of "Autonomous Region-Level Digital Workshops and Smart Factories", continuously promoting the intelligent upgrading of the industry.
In addition, through a unified strategic framework, the Group has deeply integrated the concept of sustainable development into its corporate governance and risk management and control system, while continuously enhancing the transparency of ESG information.
The simultaneous certification of four new enterprises under Innovation Group this time is a concentrated reflection of its long-term commitment to the responsible production of aluminum products. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to deepen its investment in environmental protection, green technology innovation, and resource recycling. Guided by ASI standards, it will promote the low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the entire industrial chain, and contribute the strength of the aluminum industry to building a sustainable society.
— About the Aluminum Stewardship Initiative (ASI) —
The Aluminum Stewardship Initiative (ASI) is a non-profit program dedicated to developing and certifying standards for the aluminum value chain. ASI’s vision is to maximize aluminum’s contribution to a sustainable society. Its mission is to recognize and collaboratively advance the responsible production, responsible sourcing, and corporate governance of aluminum. At the core of ASI certification is the audit of two voluntary standards: the ASI Performance Standard and the ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard. The ASI Performance Standard defines environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and criteria, aiming to address sustainability challenges across the aluminum value chain. The ASI Chain of Custody (CoC) Standard complements the ASI Performance Standard and is a voluntary certification for ASI members. It establishes chain of custody requirements for the flow of aluminum materials, including ASI-certified aluminum products that undergo production and processing through the value chain before being used in various downstream applications.By implementing the ASI CoC Standard, a link is established between supply chains compliant with the ASI Performance Standard and products manufactured by ASI-certified entities, thereby advancing sustainability across the entire aluminum value chain.
ASI currently has over 380 participants worldwide, including representative manufacturers from bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminum smelting, semi-finished product manufacturing, aluminum products, component manufacturing, consumer goods and commercial products (covering the automotive industry, construction, and packaging), as well as some industry associations and other supporters.
