In the afternoon of October 23, the work report meeting themed "Charity · The Power of Peace of Mind" - Review of Binzhou Charity Work in the Past Five Years was held at the Yellow River Delta Trading Center. Song Yongxiang, Secretary of the CPC Binzhou Municipal Committee, delivered a speech. Ma Junyun, Director of the Standing Committee of Binzhou Municipal People's Congress, Fan Liansheng, Chairman of Binzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), and Liu Zhongyuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Binzhou Municipal Committee, attended the meeting.Before the meeting, the new council of Binzhou Charity Federation was elected. Zhang Bo, Chairman of Weiqiao Pioneering Group, was re-elected as President of Binzhou Charity Federation; Zhao Ronghong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs and Second-level Researcher, was elected Executive Vice President; ten individuals including Ma Yunsheng, Zhang Hongxia and Cui Lixin were elected Vice Presidents; and Li Hongcai was elected Secretary-General.

This work report meeting vividly reviewed the development course of Binzhou's philanthropic cause over the past five years through four chapters, namely "Anchor of Life · Guardian of Dim Light", "Warmth of Years · Gentle Influence Like Spring Breeze", "Bridge of Kindness · Passing on the Torch" and "Wings of Dreams · Breaking Cocoon and Emerging". It also commended the institutions and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the city's philanthropic cause in the past five years. Among them, Cui Lixin, Chairman of Innovation Group, was awarded the title of "Caring Individual Who Has Made Outstanding Contributions to the Philanthropic Cause of Binzhou City", and Innovation Group was awarded the title of "Caring Institution Who Has Made Outstanding Contributions to the Philanthropic Cause of Binzhou City".
