On the evening of December 31st, Innovation Group held a New Year's cultural and artistic gala, celebrating the new era and embracing new journeys. The event was attended by Innovation Group Chairman Cui Lixin, group company leaders including Zhang Xianqiang and Wang Wei, general managers and deputy general managers of subsidiary companies, heads of functional departments, overseas project team leaders, representatives from advanced collectives and individuals, as well as over 400 employee representatives.
Prior to the commencement of the gala, Chairman Cui Lixin delivered an impassioned speech. In his speech, Chairman Cui Lixin emphasized that 2023 holds milestone significance for Innovation Group, marked by three groundbreaking "inaugural years":The 100-Billion-Yuan Milestone Year: Signifying the group’s entry into a new era, phase, and journey of development.The Inaugural Year of Internationalization: With overseas projects now underway, Innovation Group will anchor its "global transformation" over the next decade under the guidance of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, focusing on "industrial globalization" to rapidly expand its product footprint into global markets.The Launch Year for Pursuing the Fortune Global 500: During its third decade, Innovation Group aims to break into the ranks of the world’s top 500 companies and establish itself as a world-class developer and manufacturer of aluminum alloy materials.
Chairman Cui Lixin urged all employees to uphold the corporate spirit of "Pursuing Truth and Pragmatism, Pioneering Innovation" and embrace the corporate vision of "Building a Century-Old Enterprise, Leading the Industry." At the gala, the Ulan Muqir Art Troupe from Horqin City, Inner Mongolia, delivered a splendid performance. Through a dynamic blend of singing, dancing, instrumental performances, and other stage forms, combined with new media technologies, the event recreated the noble spirit of Ulan Muqir’s generations in expressing heartfelt sentiments for the people and singing for the times. The gala featured a diverse array of programs and innovative formats, with the vibrant atmosphere, punctuated by continuous highlights, earning thunderous applause from the employees and leadership.
The gala also featured a lottery segment, where group company leaders, along with general managers and deputy general managers of subsidiary companies, presented prizes to on-site and off-site winners, adding excitement and engagement for both attendees and remote participants.
