Innovative Metals conducts 2024 annual democratic evaluation of all employees

Qi Yue, Corporate Management Department of Innovation Metals, reports that in order to promote communication, improve management, enhance organizational transparency, build a more open and trusting working environment, listen to the voices of front-line employees in depth and extensively, and achieve resonance among all employees, according to the company's annual work arrangements, from November 25 to 30, Innovation Metals organized 14 democratic evaluations and successfully completed the 2024 annual democratic evaluation activities for all employees. During the evaluation activities, Wu Shengli, Vice President of Production of Innovation Metals, and Li Na, Director of the Corporate Management Department, mobilized and preached to the front-line employees who participated in the democratic evaluation.

This evaluation was conducted entirely online, anonymously filled in and submitted, and the employee participation rate was as high as 93%. In order to improve the efficiency of evaluation, reduce the time occupied, and ensure the effectiveness, authenticity and fairness of democratic evaluation, the company carefully organized and optimized and upgraded the evaluation system in advance, rationally grouped the evaluation personnel and content, and adopted the method of selecting the person to be evaluated first and then generating the evaluation questionnaire, which greatly improved the efficiency of questionnaire filling.

At the evaluation site, participants in the democratic evaluation sat at intervals and did not interfere with each other. A dedicated person from the Enterprise Management Department maintained order at the venue, explained carefully, and encouraged employees to give real evaluation scores and sincere opinions and suggestions.

All-staff democratic evaluation is an important management activity that the company has been adhering to for more than ten years. The purpose is to allow all employees to effectively participate in the company's management, give full play to the right of supervision and criticism and suggestion, enhance the sense of belonging and loyalty of the majority of employees, and gather everyone's wisdom to promote the company's high-quality development.
